What is consulting with me?

I have extensive corporate experience (37 years), mainly in international general management positions. I've been lucky enough to be able to work with, develop and support companies of all sizes and in different contexts:

The experience I've acquired over the years through numerous concrete cases in France and abroad enables me to offer approaches tailored to companies' needs and development levels.

My mission and vision: to establish a relationship of trust and help managers to develop their company holistically, relying on people and giving meaning to what they want to do. Define a coherent, solid system and manage in depth over the long term.
