Executive Coaching

What does Executive Coaching mean to me?

I support you in Executive Coaching with two approaches: the NLP approach and the Systemic Approach. I develop solutions adapted to people's needs, mainly in their professional context.

During my corporate life, I've been coaching others for a long time. I have done so in different ways as I have grown and developed, with the aim of contributing to the emergence of resources in others.

My desire and my dream to go further pushed me to take the plunge, to train in depth and to dedicate myself to the profession of EXECUTIVE COACH. I obtained my first certification as an NLP-based coach 15 years ago, and my second as a systemic coach 3 years ago.

I use both approaches according to the needs and expectations of the people I coach. They enable me to work in depth on the individual's effectiveness in his or her role within an organization.

The key to a person's evolution is their level of awareness of how they act and behave in their relationships within an organization or in other contexts: if I raise my level of awareness, I can then generate new opportunities and develop new resources.

With Executive Coaching, I will contribute to the evolution of the coachee's awareness, mainly through my listening and feedback: this evolution is also achieved through exercises and observations by the coachee between sessions.

This systemic coaching process lasts around six months.

I also practice what I call a mix between coaching and consulting, depending on each person's expectations, with a business/organization/work methods focus and a human focus linked to management, the person's posture and their relationship to others and to themselves.

These coaching sessions have a strong impact on a person's abilities and effectiveness in their own role, and on the resources they have at their disposal to build constructive, quality relationships with others in all contexts of their lives, whether professional, family or friendly.... I coach all types of managers of all sizes, and in particular company directors, their inner circle and shareholders.

Some issues worked on with coaches :

Transfer of responsibility for the company from one or more shareholders (often former operational managers) to a new CEO.

Develop a benevolent and demanding leadership posture.

All management issues, relational posture, interpersonal conflicts, communication, decision-making, balance between delegation and control, cross-functional management...

If you'd like to take advantage of coaching, you can book a one-hour appointment in my diary: this first session will be dedicated to getting to know each other, understanding your needs and expectations, and answering your questions. This appointment is essential for me to draw up a costed proposal, including costs and deadlines.

I'll make an appointment for a telephone chat!
